Your Job: When calling in your ad to the real estate section of the newspaper, you must sign it off with the dot-com address that we will provide. (Here's an example):

Our Job: Just before your ad runs, we'll come to the house and shoot pictures of any four locations (Exterior? Living room? Master Bedroom? Kitchen? or other choices). We then will make up a website containing the photos and descriptions and place it on the internet and your own, private web address.
That address , at the tail-end of your ad, tips off buyers to put down their newspapers, log on and "visit" your property. It's the next best thing to holding an open house.
Your Job: Before we can make use of the shots they must meet with your approval. You will be asked to 1) jot down captions for each setting, 2) provide details and descriptions of the house and property. If needed, we will help you polish this text.
Once we receive your go-ahead, the display will be put onto the internet where it will stay for one year or until you request its removal. The fee for shooting the four photos, helping create persuasive copy, constructing the website and maintaining it on the internet is $149. (The charge for additional photos is $15 apiece.) If you
AFTER THE SHOOT:
We will produce your personal website within a week and put it in a
temporary slot on the internet pending your approval. (By the way, John
or Jane Doe, your web address <or URL > will be
www.pixsnap.com/jd utilizing your
initials.)
The site will remain active on the web up to one year, at which time it
will be removed automatically. Revisions in selling price or other
editorial changes should be phoned in.
Once you have signed off on your website, we will provide you with two
master color copies of a flyer containing the views of the house and
portions of the descriptive text. You'll want to run off additional
copies in color (at Staples) and black & white (Xeroxing) to hand out to
prospects who visit the house. We will email this file to you so it can
be run off on a computer printer. Copies can be displayed at public
places such as supermarket bulletin boards, your club and house of
worship, and, if you run off enough of them, you can insert them in the
weatherproof bag to hang from a HOME FOR SALE lawn sign.

Your web display will work for you even on days when a print ad is not running. Your web site will be promoted on Usenet groups specific to the area's marketplace. Home buyers and corporate relocation managers throughout the world will have access to your web display even if they lack access to your newspaper ad.
